Divyang is a Melbourne-based IT Operations leader with deep expertise in identity and access management, security automation, and enterprise IT engineering. Before founding Think ICT, he built and managed identity infrastructure, endpoint security, and IT operations at enterprise scale, working with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem. He started Think ICT to give Melbourne SMBs access to the same rigour, structure, and security-first thinking that large organisations take for granted.
Our story
From break-fix to a real IT partner
Too many Melbourne businesses were stuck in a cycle of break-fix IT: calling a technician when something went wrong, paying an unpredictable bill, and crossing their fingers it would not happen again.
